Multi Grain Pancakes with Canadian Bacon and Maple Syrup

Lightly sweet and very satisfying, I added cinnamon and nutmeg to the original Weight Watchers recipe that includes whole wheat flour, oats, corn meal and a touch of maple syrup in the batter. I also found it to make about 30 pancakes, which was more like 10 servings than the six the recipe said it would be.
